I set up a Facebook group, shown left and right, so that I can talk to my actor and actress without trying to find them at school or text them both separately. I can then have a conversation with them and they can see what the other one says, so therefore it takes up less time to sort out dates and times that we would meet to film. It also means that if either of them have any questions they can ask them on here and then if the other one had the same question they wouldn't have to ask me and they would still know the answer. There are only three members in the group and the group is private, therefore the only people that can see what we post is the three of us. This is the conversation that I had with my Actor, Nick Brewer. This was because I wanted to find our what dates he had free, so I could then ask Jodie. I had this conversation before I set up the Facebook group with both Jodie and Nick. I decided to keep this conversation so that I had proof that he said he could do these dates and so that when it came to writing the schedule I knew for definite what day Nick could do.
